How can I get registered with you?
On our website. Click on sign up, fill the details and get registered with us. Post registration, you will be getting daily updates of new arrivals Catalogs , offers & Discounts on your email id on real time basis.
How do I place an order on your website ?
Follow the below steps to place an order on our website.
  • Select the desired Product & Click “Buy Now” (Click “ Pre- Order now” incase of pre-booking products )
  • Products will be added to your Shopping cart.
  • Click “Proceed to checkout” option.
  • Login with your account details or proceed with 'Continue as Guest' option.
  • Enter the shipping address and Billing address & Click on “Save & Continue”
  • You will be redirected to “Order Summary” Page where you can add products & Review your order. If you want to add some special comments, you can add in “Special Comments” section & Click on “Continue”.
  • Select any payment gateway of your choice (PayU or AggrePay ) and make the payment.
  • On successful order placement an Order ID will be generated and you will receive an Order Confirmation on Email & message.
I added many items in my cart and now after refreshing cart I can see only few items in cart . Why is it so ?
This might have happen because either products you selected might have gone out of stock. You can always look for similar products from the same catalogue.
What are the Payment modes to Purchase the products from your website?
You can purchase products through our website using your debit /credit card. We Also Accept Payments through Net Banking (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS,FTT etc.) Cash Deposit , PayPal , Partial COD, Google Pay , Paytm , PhonePe.
How Do I Know if My Order Has Been Confirmed? Will I get any acknowledgment?
Yes. An acknowledgment will be provided to the customers through email as well as Text message once your order has been successfully placed.

While placing order my Transaction Failed but the Money Was Deducted from My Account. Also order ID has been Generated. What do I Do?
This might happen when our server is down. No need to worry about it. You can drop us a mail on and we will get back to you immediately. Also, you can contact us on the number mentioned on the homepage for prompt assistance.
Do you provide stitching for the ordered Products ?
Yes . We do customized stitching for domestic as well as International orders. We assure you for Lowest possible rates for Stitching without harming the quality.
Is COD available for your products ?
Yes . You can Avail COD, provided the service should be available on your pin code. Also while availing COD , customer has to pay Shipping Charges & COD charges in advance. COD is available only in India. COD orders are placed Online Only.
What are the modes of accepting International Payments ?
International customers can place orders online by selecting “ PayPal” gateway through their Visa Card at checkout phase . Also , we accept payment through Account transfer (FTT or Western Union)
What do you mean by “Ready to Ship Products ”?
Ready To Ship refers to the items which are ready to be dispatched within 24-36 Business hours of order placement. These products are readily available in our warehouse. We will ship post quality check.
What do you mean by “ Pre Booking Products ”?
Products which are Listed under “Pre Booking Zone” are called as Pre-booking products.These products are upcoming from our manufacturers. However we take orders in advance. Dispatching date of each Pre Booking product is mentioned in product description respectively. The reason for purchasing in pre booking is , you get these products at discounted rates.
If the products are stock out can you get back in stock ?

Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package?
Yes. The shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the products in your order. You can view the shipping cost in your cart at checkout phase.
Do you ship to my country ? Can I track the consignment once you ship it from India?
Yes. We deliver to almost all parts of the world. You will receive the tracking details (Airwaybill number ) along with the name of the courier company from which it has been shipped. You would be able to track the consignment on real time basis. Tacking details are provided for all the consignments be it domestic or International orders.
What is billing address? What is shipping address?
The address where you receive your purchase statements (Bills ) is Billing address. The place where consignment is to be delivered is shipping address. Billing and shipping address can be same. If you are reseller you can send orders directly to your customers by keeping their details in Shipping Address & Your Details in Billing Address.
Do I Have To Pay customs , Duties And Taxes?
While sending we make sure to send it in such a way that none of our customers should be liable to pay customs duties or taxes. However due to any unusual circumstances if applicable All custom duties and taxes are to be borne by the customers
What is the procedure to return a product, If I don’t like it?
We deal only in Branded Products hence quality is up to the mark . We are conducting in-house Quality Checking of each product before dispatching. Also, we guide our customers with maximum description of the product. Hence we do not have Exchange policy. However in case of any manufacturer defect or Wrong product delivered or similar related circumstances we can consider your case. Kindly read Our Return policy for detailed understanding of the same.
What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
Please don’t accept an opened or tampered package. Please drop us a mail at  with your order details to report such a delivery.
How can we return the damaged product?
You can send us the snapshots on . Once approved from our end you can send the products back to us. Once we received the same we will be providing you with the Coupon code for the same amount for your next purchase.
You might have booked the products which are in Pre Booking Zone. Also, sometime shipping company takes longer than expected to deliver a package due to certain conditions. If you have received a tracking number and Still your product is not being delivered, please inform us via email at or call us so that we can expedite the delivery.

Post Dispatching your order you will receive an auto generated email which would have the details of the item(s) which has(ve) been shipped along with the tracking information.

While Placing Stitching Order, Do I have to place order twice ?
Yes. First you have to place an order for desired product on . After your order is placed you will get a notification about, "Do you want to stitch this order" . Click on the same , submit your measurements , pay for it and get the products delivered at your doorstep.
I am not comfortable placing order Online Can I get assistance from your team for placing my Order ?

Can you Stitch Products for me , which are not Listed on Your Website ?
We are Sorry. We provide customize stitching for exclusively Shruti Creation’s Products.
How many days you require to Stitch my Order ?
Stitching requires additional 4-5 working days depending on the number of Products you want to stitch. However we have In-house Stitching team which ensures the timely delivery of your products before promised time.

Can I return the Product?
It is very unlikely to happen that you would return a product to us as we take the measurement from you before we start stitching . Our Tailoring Experts constantly Strive to make high class perfections according to individuals need. Hence goods once stitched cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
What are the Rates for Stitching ?
